Anchored in the principles of structured pedagogy, our program PARaM is built upon four core pillars: Prepare, Assess, Remediate, and Motivate. These pillars serve as a framework for enhancing classroom practices and FLN outcomes for students. PARaM is aligned to UN's SDG 4 and Govt. of India's NIPUN BHARAT mission.
PARaM ACROSS ECOSYSTEMS
Government Schools
We collaborate directly with government entities or as technical partners for CSR trust-supported government schools. Our approach focuses on implementing programs at the district level to achieve scalability. Our interventions enhance FLN outcomes for grades 1-5 students at block and district levels.
After-School Centres
We partner with other non-profits running after-school centres. We run our bridge program in these centres for grades 1-8 students. These include well-scripted lesson plans for teachers and grade-agnostic student books that help students move across levels.
Low-Cost Private Schools
We partner with school owners. Our interventions result in observable and measurable improvement in student learning outcomes and classroom practices. These include building teacher capacity for high-quality lesson planning, tracking student progress and parent engagement.
