We will be guided by two phrases: Excellence is a Habit and Grace Under Pressure
1
Whenever we look at a problem, we ask ourselves: What Will I Do About It?
CREATING EXPERIENCES
How do we create tools, learning experiences (and) programs for our users?
Quadrangulation
We combine multiple observers, theories and methods to overcome the weakness or biases that come from single method, single-observer, and single-theory studies.
Prototyping & Versioning
We deploy prototyping and versioning at the start of the actual creation. A prototype is an early sample, model, or release of a product built to test a concept or process or to act as a thing to be replicated or learned from.
Jobs to be done
We consistently seek to determine if there exists a job for our user that requires completion but lacks an available solution.
